Final Judgment — Taylor v. Google LLC
After granting final approval, the district court dismissed the action with prejudice, subject to the approved settlement, and retained jurisdiction to enforce the agreement and oversee distribution of the settlement funds. Nathan Byars has appealed the approval order.
