Class Member Nathan Byars’s Objection — Taylor v. Google LLC

Represented by Javitch Law Office, class member Nathan Byars objected to final approval, arguing among other things that the linked Taylor and Csupo settlements created conflicting class interests, that important litigation rights were not valued, and that the proposed relief did not adequately benefit the Taylor class. These were the objector’s arguments; the district court later overruled the objections and approved the settlement.
